1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bronvite, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2 Service Description
Bronvite is a platform that provides event organizers with a way to manage their events and RSVPs. We do not organize, host, or manage the events listed on our platform.
3 User Responsibilities
3.1 General User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
3.2 Event Organizer Responsibilities
- Ensure events comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain appropriate safety measures
- Handle all event-related incidents and disputes
- Protect attendee privacy and information
3.3 Event Location
- Events may be posted in any country.
- City, state or province (when the place has one), and country should match where the event is held.
- Events must comply with the laws of the place where they are held.
- Bronvite reserves the right to remove events with a false or misleading location.
4 Limitation of Liability
Bronvite is not responsible for:
- Any events or activities that occur prior, during, or after listed events
- The conduct of event organizers or attendees
- The safety or security of event venues
- Any incidents, accidents, or injuries that occur prior, during, or after events
- The accuracy of event information provided by organizers
- Any disputes between event organizers and attendees
Users acknowledge that they participate in events at their own risk and that Bronvite is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur.
5 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Bronvite are owned by Bronvite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.1 Asset Usage Restrictions
Bronvite is closed source, and its logos, graphics, branding, and other visual assets are proprietary:
- All logos, graphics, branding elements, and visual assets are proprietary and protected
- The Bronvite name, branding, and associated trademarks cannot be used without explicit written permission
- Assets cannot be used in public projects, derivative works, or competing services
- Any unauthorized use of our assets may result in legal action
Important: Using Bronvite does not grant permission to reuse its assets. All assets remain the exclusive property of Bronvite and are protected under intellectual property laws.
6 Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Bronvite, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
7 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for any user who violates these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of Bronvite after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9 Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which this instance of Bronvite operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
